PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
GOH Thee Woon (吴智筠) is a seasoned executive coach and has supported companies during “critical phases” of business start-up, corporate re-organization, large scale organizational change (post-merger integration) and leadership teams in transition. He coaches business leaders particularly on making “great people decisions” during change, accelerated growth and transformations. He also coaches individuals and professionals in career transitions and during the aftermath of changes. His current clienteles include managing director/country head of a foreign-invested company, general managers or heads of business units of large holding companies, divisional directors who are responsible for corporate functions and founder/CEO of start-ups.

He had corporate senior executive leadership experiences, both business and functional, in global and multinational corporations working in Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China. He has significant cross cultural management experiences and is effectively bi-lingual in English and Chinese. Thee Woon is well exposed and conversant about executive leadership and human capital management challenges relating to large-scale organization change covering functional transformation, re-organization and re-building of capabilities.

His previous clients include TSMC, The Conference Board (USA), Innolux Corp (China/Taiwan), Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) Centre for Leadership Development, Jurong Health System (JHS) and Alexandra Health Group, Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company (SSMC), StatChipPac Limited, Singapore Civil Service College, Ustar Biotechnologies (Hangzhou) and others. He was a non-executive director cum general manager during the initial phase of a biomedical start-up company from 2010 to 2014.
