PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Lawrence comes with over 15 years of experience in Semiconductor sector and has exposures working in Singapore, Taiwan ROC as well as the Netherlands.

Prior to joining Lighthouse Global Resource, Lawrence was the General Manager of Photronics Singapore Pte Ltd. His 12 years in Photronics started with Front End department including Customer Sevice as well as CAD tapeout operation. In between, he spent 3 years in PSMC (Photronics Taiwan) leading the Tooling department and later was promoted to General Manager of Singapore responsible for sites P&L, strategic business partnership, Sales and Business development as well as inter-site manufacturing delivery from sister sites from US, UK, Germany, Korea and Taiwan ROC.

In 1999, he was recruited as the pioneer team for technology transfer from Philips Semiconductor (now NXP) as well as TSMC EBO for SSMC start-up FAB operation.
