Dominic is a seasoned business executive and a professional consultant in business and Human Capital sector with 35 years of corporate management and consulting experience in the life science, healthcare and pharmaceutical industry spanning Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, Singapore and across Asia Pacific.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Dominic was previously with Russell Reynolds Associates and Life Science Talent Group. Based in Hong Kong & Shanghai, Dominic has covered China and Pan Asia extensively including Japan, India and Australia. During his 35 years in the healthcare industry, Dominic has stationed in Japan and India for his role as head of human resources and VP of strategic corporate development with Biosensors Interventional technology in Singapore and other MNC.

Born in Hong Kong and grew up in Canada, Dominic had spent the first 20 years living in North America before returning to China in 1984. His last Corporate position was VP and Global HR and Talent Management at Biosensors International, a global medical technology innovator in cardiology and oncology sectors. In addition, Dominic held other senior executive roles at Medtronic International, Philips Medical, Siemens Healthcare, Steris Corporation, Thermo Fisher Scientific and Abbott Cardiovascular.

Dominic’s area of executive search expertise ranges from Senior Business Directors roles to CEO and Non-Executive Board Members. Over the past five years, Dominic’s experience in the life science and pharmaceutical, biotech industry has proven to be invaluable to many multinational healthcare companies on building their strategic talent acquisition platforms that integrate their R&D, product commercialization, ecommerce and marketing capabilities in achieving their short and long-term goals. Dominic has also been instrumental in accelerating the growth in human capital through leading active programs in top talent attraction, leadership succession planning and employer’s branding. Over the past 35 years, Dominic has also been involved exclusively with the healthcare and medical technology industry on senior level search and coaching.
