Alan has more than 30 years of industrial experiences across different industries and roles.
He has almost 20 years of management consulting experiences in leading companies such as AT Kearney and PA Consulting Group specializing in people and process management in Human Resources, Organizational Design, Talent Development, Executive Search, Performance Management and Business Process Management. Some of his clients includes Exxon Mobil, Maxis, Ansel, Beiersdorf, Dairy Farm, HSBC, etc.
He spent another 10 years in executive roles for leading organization such as Genting Group, Great Eastern Life Malaysia and AIA Group, in areas of HR and Operations.


Alan’s specialization is driven by his extensive consulting experience in technical, operational and corporate support roles for manufacturing, engineering, financial institutions, hospitality and consumer goods.

Some of his achievements include
• Driving process improvements for clients

• Developing performance management systems like Balanced Scorecard

• Conducting organization reviews and implementing strategic HR initiatives such as competency framework, policy reviews, etc

• In his corporate roles, Alan was instrumental in developing and executing key people and process transformation initiatives which included performance linked rewards management, policy and procedure redesign, process improvements, competency framework and talent development strategies


Alan attended Harvard Business School Senior Executive Programs in 2004 & 2007, MBA and Building Engineering from Melbourne.
He is also a Certified Trainer for Quality Improvement Programs and selected psychometric assessment such as MBTI.
